Keely Fletcher

Nursery Manager

Keely, who has a sector endorsed foundation dregree in Early Years Care and Education, has been a manager for the past six years at Starfish our Guildforrd branch, just recently Keely has transfered to here at Horseshoe. Keely gained her experience from time spent in primary schools, special educational schools, after school clubs and childrens day  nurseries.

In her spare time Keely enjoys reading, spending time with her family and taking short breaks away.

Genna Vango

Deputy Manager

Genna has worked for Casterbridge for 5 years after Casterbridge aquired the nursery from 2001, Genna has recently transfered over to Esher from Richmond as Deputy Manager as well as working in our Tooting, shorlands and Wembley nurseries as a support project manager. Genna has brought with her a wealth of experience andhas worked within childcare for 13 years and has two children of her own.

Gemma Marsh

Babies Room Manager

Gemma is the Room Manager of our baby room 3 months through to confident walkers here at Horseshoe working with her team caring for  up to 15 babies. Gemma started working at Horseshoe in September 2010 and qualified in June 2004. In Gemma's spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with her partner.  

Becky Feltham

Toddlers joint Room Manager

Becky is our joint room manager of our Toddler room from confident walkers to children aged 3 years before preparing them for their move to Preschool. Becky works closely alongside Shelby and their team of 30 children. Becky joined us here at Horseshoe in December 2011 and came from a after school and holiday club supervisor role. Becky gained her NVQ Level 3 and BTech diploma in July 2010 in Care and Education.

Shelby Jones

Toddlers joint Room Manager

Shelby is our room manager of our Toddler room alongside Becky. Shelby has worked at the nursery for 2 years now and has just recently been promoted to room manager. Shelby has a NVQ Level 3 in Care and Education. In her spare time Shelby likes to spend time with her family and friends.

Rachael Gubby

Preschool 1 Room Manager

Rachael is the Room Manager for one of our 3-5's preschool room here at Horseshoe and cares for 14 children. Rachael gained her level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education in 2002. In Rachael's spare time she enjoys going to the cinema and spending time with her little boy.

Jackie Williams

Preschool 2 Room Manager

Jackie is the Preschool Room Manager for one of our 3-5's room here at Horseshoe and along with her team supports the children in preparation for school. Jackie and her team care for 26 children. Jackie qualified in 2009 gaining her NVQ Level 3 and has started her foundation degree this september through open university. Jackie works very closely with our Preschool Room Manager of our other preschool room in delivering the curriculum in a fun and enjoying way.

Yasmin Jalalpour

Preschool Teacher

Yasmin recently joined our team in September 2011 as the Preschool Teacher at the nursery. Yasmin works closely alongside the two preschool rooms ensuring that the curriculum is being implemented. Yasmin has just recently graduated after completing her BA Honours in Primary Education with Early Years with a specialism in PE and ICT. Yasmin works closely with the schools in the local area and will help set the children on their journies to big school.

Kevin Marsh

Nursery Chef

Kevin joined the team at Horseshoe in March 2010.  He is a real asset to the nursery with a unique sense of humour and great skill in the kitchen.  In July 2010, Kevin and Kitchen Assistant, Alum, achieved a five star rating from the Elmbridge Environmental Health Office.

Kevin has been working in catering since 1966 and has a wealth of experience.  He was trained at the Savoy in the late sixties and has cooked for world leaders including Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev.  Naturally he considers the children here at Horseshoe to be his most important clients!  Kevin has been with his wife, Maria, since 1964.
